Basic Story of Subaka | Safety and Privacy

THE BASIC STORY
OF
NELLEKE DE VRIES..

THE BASIC STORY OF SUBAKA

Subaka was not born behind a desk,
in a meeting room or from a marketing idea.
It was built from real pressure, from war pressure,
family pressure, digital pressure and technical pressure,
and from the need to keep people functioning
when the systems around them become unstable.
Subaka exists because theory is cheap, but a working system is not.

According to Edward Nevada’s mission record,
his civilian mission connected to the war in Ukraine
began on 22 November 2022 at 12:00,
during the period when Colonel Leonid Khoda
was commander of the
1st Separate Tank Brigade Siverska
of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The mission was successfully closed on 20 April 2026 at 21:59.
The full mission period lasted 41 months.

During that period, Edward Nevada spent approximately
thirty two months working almost continuously
inside and near the active frontline pressure zone,
often within 22 to 0 kilometres of frontline pressure.
For American readers, that is approximately 13.7 to 0 miles,
or about 24,000 to 0 yards. Rotations were limited to Zero.
During those thirty two months,
Edward Nevada returned to the Netherlands
only three times for medical recovery,
each time for approximately six weeks.

This was not a short visit,
not a symbolic volunteer trip and not a distant support project.
It was a long civilian mission inside and near an active war zone,
where daily life depended on trust, delivery, discipline,
communication and practical decisions under severe pressure.

The work was civilian in nature. It involved lawful practical support,
food support, documentation, digital communication,
civilian logistics, basic living support, non controlled supplies,
rebuilding support, family communication,
archive work and daily practical support for people living and working
under extreme conditions. It was not combat service,
not military command, not intelligence work,
not weapons support and not tactical planning.

Edward Nevada worked as a foreign civilian within the lawful limits
that applied to him in and near an active war zone.
The work remained focused on the freedom,
safety and survival of Ukraine and its people,
while respecting Ukrainian law, applicable civilian boundaries,
humanitarian principles and the legal limits
that apply to foreign civilians.

In war, big words disappear quickly.
What remains is simple. Food must arrive,
communication must work, phones must be charged,
people must be able to wash, families must receive
messages, and someone must be able to sleep, eat,
recover and return to duty with a little more strength than before.

A kitchen is not only a kitchen, it is order, recovery and morale.
A washing machine is not only a washing machine, it is dignity.
A phone is not only a phone, it is a line between the front and home.
A shower is not only hygiene, it is a short return to normal life.

That practical reality became the foundation of Subaka.
Subaka now stands for paid, practical,
privacy conscious and safety focused support for people,
families, volunteers, crisis exposed workers,
private clients and small teams who need more structure,
protection and calm in difficult circumstances.

OUR ORIGIN

The story behind Subaka includes the frontline in Ukraine, but also the home front in the Netherlands. Edward Nevada’s mission showed that war does not stay politely where people draw borders on a map. War reaches through phones, money, health, family systems, documents, devices, fear and uncertainty.

It affects soldiers and civilians, medics and volunteers, families waiting at home, autistic people, vulnerable people, elderly people, children, exhausted people and anyone who depends on routine, safety and predictability. That is one of the main lessons behind Subaka.

Security is not only about weapons, borders or official systems. Security is also about whether people can access their accounts, protect their documents, communicate safely, reduce digital chaos, organize their home technology, prepare for emergencies and create a calmer environment when life becomes too much.

Subaka was created from those lessons. It is not a charity, not a political organization, not a military project, not an emergency rescue service, not a medical provider, not a law firm, not a public authority, not a pharmacy and not a cannabis supplier. Subaka is being built as a commercial service provider for people who need practical support, legal clarity, safer communication, better structure and technical systems that actually work.

OUR MISSION

Subaka provides paid practical support for digital privacy, IT safety, online safety, account structure, secure communication habits, documentation, home technology, home safety planning, low stimulus environments, archive organization, living environment technology and crisis adjacent practical support.

Subaka helps private clients, families, frontline volunteers, crisis exposed workers, high pressure support workers, autistic individuals, sensory sensitive people and vulnerable clients who need more privacy, structure, safety and calm. The mission is to reduce risk, improve practical resilience and handle sensitive information with care.

Subaka does not sell fear, does not promise perfect security and does not pretend that one checklist can fix a broken world. That would be cute, and also false, so we do not do it. Subaka focuses on practical steps that can actually help.

THE WORK

Subaka supports people, families, teams and environments with practical systems that make daily life safer, clearer and more manageable. For some clients, this means creating safer digital structure through account organization, privacy settings, secure communication habits, device structure, backup planning and basic security hygiene.

For others, it means organizing documents, devices, accounts, communication channels and family routines before a crisis happens. For families with autistic or sensory sensitive members, the work may involve reducing unnecessary alerts, simplifying devices, creating predictable routines and making technology less aggressive.

For frontline volunteers and crisis exposed workers, it may mean better digital hygiene, safer communication, documentation structure, privacy protection and practical support for life under pressure. For homes, workspaces and recovery spaces, it may mean building a complete technical environment where light, sound, air, temperature, network, power and control work together instead of fighting each other like cheap devices in a bargain bin.

This is not glamour work. It is the work that keeps people functioning.

LIVING ENVIRONMENT TECHNOLOGY

Subaka builds technical environments that are logical, safe and livable. It does not treat a home, workspace or recovery space as a loose collection of smart devices, but as one working system where domotics, audio, light, air, temperature, power, network, security and control work together.

A space should not only function on paper. A space should feel right for the person who lives, works, listens, recovers or presents inside it. A thermometer can show 21 degrees while the room still feels cold, hard or restless. Light, air, sound, temperature, material and control all influence each other. That is why Subaka looks at the complete experience of a space.

Subaka builds domotics for homes, workspaces and therapy friendly environments. The basis is calm, safety, control and simplicity. There should be no unnecessary clutter, no smart home that becomes stupid because it has too many apps, and no system that only looks good while the salesperson is standing next to it.

Lighting, audio, climate control, ventilation, sensors, network, power supply and control are designed as one system. Everything must work together without forcing the user to fight settings, passwords, apps or errors every day.

APPLE ONLY SETUP AND SECURE ACCOUNTS

Subaka works with secure Apple focused setups. This includes Apple Home, iCloud, secure Apple phone accounts, access management, recovery options, automation and simple control. Where Apple lossless audio, spatial audio and wider technical processing are useful, Subaka can make use of them.

The goal is not to add as many devices as possible. The goal is to make the right devices work together properly.

Subaka can also set up Proton accounts and privacy focused communication structures. This can include mail structure, recovery codes, two factor authentication, access management, secure communication agreements and clear account organization.

There is no Google dependency as a foundation. Existing external accounts can only be reviewed when this is needed for cleanup, privacy, recovery or risk reduction.

LIGHT AND LIVABILITY

Light is not a side issue. Bad LED light can make a room feel cold, harsh, cheap or exhausting. The wrong light color can make the air temperature feel wrong, even when the heating system is working normally.

Subaka looks at light color, dimming behavior, flicker, spread, reflection, glare and time of day. A workspace needs different light than a rest space, a therapy friendly room needs different light than a technical room, and a living room does not need to feel like a clinical supermarket aisle.

Light must support the space. It must not attack it.

AUDIO AND FULL SPECTRUM SPATIAL PLAYBACK

Subaka works on spatial full spectrum audio for recording, playback and presentation. The setup focuses on 6 channel spatial audio, controlled playback, more headroom, lower listening stress and better distribution of sound in the room.

The goal is not louder sound. The goal is calmer, more natural and better controlled sound. Phone sound, radio sound and much commercial hi fi can be tiring because of limiter pressure, compression, distortion, small speakers, aggressive midrange and lack of real space.

Subaka chooses another approach, with more dynamics, more space, less aggression, less compression, less limiter pressure, better controlled low end, better placement and less listening stress.

The first phase focuses on recording and playback from 2 Hz to 28,000 Hz. The second phase is built for recording and processing up to 46,000 Hz. This does not mean that every human can hear 46,000 Hz. The purpose is recording quality, processing, filtering, spatial information, pressure, archive value and control over the complete system.

Below 20 Hz, sound is more about feeling, pressure and room movement than normal hearing. That can be powerful, but it must be controlled. Not as a trick, not as noise and not as empty spectacle.

FULL SPECTRUM FIELD RECORDING IN ACTIVE WAR ZONES

Subaka can support lawful full spectrum field recording in active war zones and high risk environments. This service is focused on documentation, archive building, post event review, acoustic preservation, public communication, documentary work, environmental context, hearing related awareness and human impact research.

Recordings may include spatial audio, blast pressure, low frequency movement, room response, vehicle movement, infrastructure sound, environmental sound and the acoustic reality of a place under extreme pressure.

Where legally permitted and properly authorized, Subaka may work with trusted Ukrainian brigade contacts, including a vetted network connected to five Ukrainian brigades, civilian partners, journalists, volunteers or approved organizations to record, organize and preserve field audio. These recordings may be analyzed by authorized Ukrainian partners through legal channels.

This work must be handled carefully. The purpose is documentation, preservation, learning, public understanding and responsible review. The purpose is not real time battlefield intelligence, target detection, weapon targeting, fire correction, surveillance, tactical planning or publication of operational information.

Subaka does not provide acoustic targeting systems, military intelligence products, enemy location analysis, troop movement tracking, drone detection for battlefield use, artillery correction, route planning or combat support. Subaka does not publish unit positions, routes, times, equipment details, vulnerabilities, tactical observations or metadata that could endanger soldiers, civilians, volunteers or families.

Field recordings from active war zones are treated as sensitive material. Before publication or sharing, material must be reviewed for privacy, consent, safety, metadata, location risk, operational risk and legal permission.

When material is recorded with brigade assistance, the ownership, storage, access, review rights, public release rules and security boundaries must be agreed in advance.

This work exists to document reality, preserve evidence of lived experience, support responsible storytelling and help people understand what a place carries in sound, pressure and space. It does not exist to turn audio into another battlefield gadget. The world has enough machinery pretending to be wisdom.

FULL SCREEN 4K PRESENTATION

Subaka builds presentation environments with full screen 4K image, spatial audio and calm storytelling. Image, sound, space, light and temperature are designed together so that a story is not only watched, but also physically and humanly felt.

This can be suitable for documentaries, archives, closed presentations, educational moments, public interest stories and carefully prepared audience sessions. There is no need for spectacle, theater or inflated drama. The focus is image, space, sound and a story that stands.

Heavy subjects can also be told calmly and directly. That is exactly when the technology should not scream. The technology should carry.

CLIMATE, AIR AND COMFORT

Subaka includes climate control as part of the full environment. Temperature, ventilation, humidity, air quality and air movement together determine how a room feels.

A room can be technically heated and still feel wrong because of bad light, dry air, cold surfaces, poor ventilation or disturbing sound. That is why climate is not treated separately from domotics, light and audio.

A good room breathes calmly, the temperature stays stable, the air does not feel dead, humidity and ventilation stay under control, and the controls remain simple.

ENERGY, EMERGENCY POWER AND BACKUP POWER

Subaka builds power supply and backup systems for homes, workspaces and technical spaces. This can include emergency power, battery systems, solar panel setup, island forming setup, low power systems, high power systems, power chain design, power distribution and 24 hour availability where needed.

The goal is continuity. A good system does not collapse the moment something fails. Network, server, security, audio, lighting, climate and important control systems must remain reliable.

NETWORK AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Subaka sets up safe and powerful home networks and work networks. This can include 10 GB network setup, home server setup, cabling, network structure, security, access, storage and stable connections.

A modern domotics system stands or falls on the infrastructure underneath it. Without a good network, a smart system is just an expensive collection of errors with an app attached.

EBB AND FLOW SYSTEMS FOR PLANTS

Subaka builds ebb and flow systems for plants and grow setups, fully from scratch. The work can include wood construction, water tanks, pumps, pipes, drainage, safety measures, timing control, sensors, power supply and Siemens LOGO control.

Watering can for example be set to a 36 hour cycle, depending on plant, medium, room, temperature and need. The system is built, tested and adjusted in a practical way. Not halfway, not just a pump in a box, but a complete working setup.

DIGITAL PRIVACY AND PERSONAL SAFETY

Subaka helps clients reduce digital risk and regain control over their online life. This can include digital privacy reviews, personal digital safety planning, account cleanup, password manager setup, recovery planning, two factor authentication, Apple ID and iCloud organization, Proton Mail setup, secure communication planning, device organization, backup planning, digital footprint review and support with fake accounts, impersonation, online harassment, scams or threats.

Subaka can also help make official online profiles and pages clearer. Subaka does not claim government level security, guaranteed protection or vendor certified status. Available tools are used responsibly and their limits are explained clearly.

FAMILY SAFETY AND CRISIS COMMUNICATION

Subaka helps families create clear plans before, during and after stressful situations. This can include emergency communication plans, contact lists, check in routines, crisis information sheets, document organization, private family coordination, communication during long uncertainty and preparing information for police, consulates, lawyers, doctors, schools or support organizations.

Subaka helps organize information and communicate clearly. Subaka does not replace emergency services, police, lawyers, doctors or licensed care providers.

MISSING PERSONS AND LOCATION SUPPORT ASSISTANCE

Subaka can support families and trusted contacts with lawful, non invasive missing persons assistance. This can include timeline building, organizing known facts, messages, dates, locations and contacts, public source research using legal information only, map based organization, draft missing person notices, information packets for police, consulates, NGOs or legal contacts and calm communication structure for families.

Subaka does not hack accounts, does not track people without permission, does not impersonate others, does not threaten, does not stalk, does not interfere with official investigations and does not guarantee that a person can be found.

HOME SAFETY, LOW STIMULUS AND RECOVERY SUPPORTIVE SETUP

Subaka helps create safer and calmer home environments for people who are overwhelmed, recovering, sensory sensitive, exhausted or living under long term pressure. This can include low stimulus room setup, calm space planning, practical safety reviews, reducing clutter and overstimulation, organizing documents and emergency items, privacy friendly rest spaces, home technology organization, communication, charging, internet and backup power planning.

This is practical support. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy.

EMERGENCY PLANNING AND PREPAREDNESS

Subaka helps clients prepare for disruptions before they become disasters. This can include emergency plans, household emergency kits, water, food, battery, light, charger and document checklists, power outage preparation, backup communication, evacuation and shelter plans, planning for children, pets, disability or sensory needs, important documents, ID organization, emergency contact cards, travel risk preparation and after action reviews.

Subaka does not provide emergency response, armed security, tactical rescue or medical evacuation.

FRONTLINE, VOLUNTEER AND HIGH RISK ENVIRONMENT SUPPORT

Subaka can provide limited case by case support for vetted clients, volunteers, families and civilian networks connected to crisis situations or high risk environments. This can include remote communication support, practical logistics planning within legal boundaries, safety checklists, documentation support, family liaison structure, secure archive organization, coordination of non controlled civilian or humanitarian supplies through lawful channels, support for volunteers under heavy pressure and privacy or operational safety review before publication.

Subaka does not publish operational details, provide weapons, provide combat support, provide tactical planning, conduct intelligence operations, conduct surveillance, arrange illegal transport or bypass sanctions, border laws, export controls or local regulations.

DOCUMENTATION, ARCHIVE AND STORYTELLING

Subaka helps organize sensitive stories, images, timelines, sound recordings and digital archives responsibly. This can include photo and video archive organization, audio archive organization, timeline building, written summaries, public story pages, website text, social media structure, documentary archive review, redaction of sensitive details, blurring faces, minors, victims, private addresses or identifiable information, metadata and location risk review, clear labeling of edited material and separation between fact, memory, opinion and interpretation.

Subaka does not use fake hero stories, fake evidence, deepfakes presented as real or AI generated people presented as real people. If edited or AI assisted material is used, it must be clearly labeled.

ONLINE REPUTATION AND IMPERSONATION SUPPORT

Subaka helps clients make their official online presence clearer and safer. This can include official profile structure, website and social media text, pinned verification posts, account ownership organization, fake account reporting, documentation of trolls and harassment, public statements, reducing name confusion, privacy safe biographies, team pages and consistent branding.

Subaka does not attack people, expose people, intimidate, dox or help clients become part of the problem. The goal is protection, clarity and safer public presence.

PRACTICAL SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES, CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE

Subaka supports families that need calm structure during complicated situations. This can include family routines, child sensitive emergency planning, emergency contacts for schools or caregivers, planning for autistic or sensory sensitive children and adults, quiet space planning, communication plans for separated families or families under pressure, organizing documents, IDs, contacts and essential information.

Subaka does not replace parents, doctors, therapists, schools, child protection authorities or legal guardians.

CONSULTING, TRAINING AND WRITTEN PLANS

Subaka can provide practical consulting for individuals, families, small teams and organizations. This can include one to one sessions for safety and privacy, family preparedness, digital hygiene, secure communication basics, low stimulus environments, volunteer readiness, crisis communication, written checklists, action plans and website or public communication review for privacy and safety.

All work is scoped in advance. Clients receive clear agreements, clear limits and clear pricing.

THE STORY BEHIND THE MISSION

Edward Nevada’s civilian mission in Ukraine included long term work close to the frontline, where practical support became part of daily survival. Food, phones, generators, laptops, washing machines, showers, routes, medics, soldiers, officers, volunteers, animals and families all became part of one human system.

Animals also became part of that reality. Dogs and cats were not decoration. They were witnesses, comfort, routine and emotional anchors. In a place shaped by pressure and danger, even a small moment of softness could help people remain human.

The mission also carried private pressure. The home front, including the impact on vulnerable people and family systems, became part of the same story. When war, uncertainty and disorder increase, people who need calm and predictability are often affected first.

This is why Subaka connects digital safety, practical support, sensory awareness, documentation, family protection, technical environments and lawful field recording into one clear service structure. Real safety is not abstract. It is personal.

PHYSICAL CONSEQUENCES AND RECOVERY

After approximately thirty two months in the active war zone, the physical consequences became unavoidable. Edward Nevada spent more than eight months in serious recovery, including long periods in bed. This recovery period followed prolonged exposure to extreme frontline conditions, including blast pressure, dust, smoke, debris, fuel residue, fumes, battlefield contaminants, severe physical exhaustion, long term stress load, lung problems and post deployment collapse.

Even during that recovery period, the mission work did not fully stop. Edward Nevada continued to work for many hours each day on documentation, reports, communication, archive work, civilian coordination, public safety related follow up, legal and factual clarification and protection of the mission record.

What started as civilian support became a documented archive of human effort, medical support, rebuilding, logistics, frontline routines, family pressure, practical survival and endurance under extreme conditions. The project preserves images, videos, stories, notes, records and, where lawfully gathered, field audio from people living and working under severe pressure.

Subaka does this without theatre, exaggeration, fake hero storytelling or careless exposure of vulnerable people. The mission was closed after a full report was brought out and after Edward Nevada made clear that remaining issues had become civilian and legal matters to be handled through official channels.

The closing message thanked the Ukrainian army and especially the people who helped guide the mission, including Oleh, Alex and Micha.

FIELD EXPERIENCE AND CIVILIAN LIMITS

Edward Nevada’s work in Ukraine was civilian in nature. It was connected to lawful practical support, documentation, communication, civilian logistics, support to medical teams, rebuilding support, family communication, daily structure and human endurance in a war affected environment.

The work was carried out under extreme pressure, close to active frontline conditions, but it was not combat service. Subaka does not claim military rank, military command authority, intelligence authority, law enforcement authority or official government authority.

Subaka does not present civilian support as combat service. Subaka does not publish operational details, sensitive locations, private addresses, identifiable victim information, children’s details or vulnerable person details without a clear legal and ethical basis.

Subaka does not use war stories as decoration and does not turn people’s suffering into marketing material. Subaka documents carefully, protects context and separates fact, memory, opinion and interpretation.

OUR VALUES

Subaka is built on practical delivery, privacy, legal transparency, loyalty, documentation, calm communication, technical quality and care for vulnerable people.

Support should be honest, careful and realistic. Sensitive information should be protected. Clients should know what a service can and cannot do. Practical help matters more than impressive language.

Vulnerable people should not be forgotten when systems become chaotic. Frontline workers, families and crisis exposed people need structure, not noise. Safety is built through habits, preparation, documentation, privacy, working technology and trust.

OUR TEAM AND EXPERT NETWORK

Subaka is currently in prelaunch and is being built around a small core team and a trusted professional network. The work is shaped by practical experience, digital privacy, IT safety, documentation, family support, home technology, sensory conscious planning, living environment technology, audio work and crisis aware communication.

Edward Nevada brings direct civilian mission experience from Ukraine, including long term work inside and near the 22 to 0 kilometre frontline pressure zone. His work involved civilian logistics, daily support systems, documentation, communication, volunteer coordination, practical resilience and support for people living and working under severe pressure.

His role within Subaka focuses on mission structure, practical risk reduction, crisis aware planning, documentation, frontline support insight, living environment technology, lawful audio documentation and the connection between public crisis and private family pressure.

Digital privacy and IT safety support focuses on account structure, secure communication habits, device organization, privacy settings, password manager setup, two factor authentication, backup planning, digital cleanup, online safety and basic security hygiene. This work is focused on risk reduction and legal authorization.

Subaka does not assist with hacking, unauthorized access, stalking, impersonation, unlawful deletion or interference with another person’s accounts, devices or data.

Documentation and archive support helps clients organize timelines, mission records, service notes, family documents, photographs, video material, audio material, written statements, digital archives and sensitive records. This work helps create clarity without exposing private information unnecessarily.

Home technology and safety support focuses on practical home systems, device structure, communication access, charging routines, internet awareness, backup planning, home safety routines and calmer household technology. This is especially relevant for families, vulnerable people, autistic individuals and people who need predictable, low stimulus environments.

Sensory conscious support helps reduce unnecessary overload in technology and home environments. This may include reducing alerts, simplifying screens, organizing routines, improving predictability, adjusting communication methods and helping families create calmer systems. This is practical support, not medical treatment, diagnosis, therapy or occupational therapy.

Secure communication and online safety support helps clients choose safer channels, organize account access, reduce exposure, improve communication habits and protect sensitive information. This may support private clients, families, frontline volunteers, crisis exposed workers and high pressure support workers.

Where needed, Subaka may work with or refer clients to properly qualified professionals for legal, tax, insurance, medical, psychological, security, child protection, immigration, customs or regulatory matters. Subaka does not provide legal advice, tax advice, medical advice, therapy, emergency response, law enforcement work, private investigation or licensed security services unless expressly confirmed in writing through a properly licensed professional or registered partner.

REGULATED CANNABIS ROUTE AWARENESS

As part of broader documentation and patient route preparation work, Subaka may provide strictly non medical and non transactional support around regulated cannabis information. This can include helping clients organize notes, questions, symptom history, product experience logs, privacy concerns and lawful route information before speaking with doctors, pharmacists, insurers, legal professionals or regulators.

This area is informed by Edward Nevada’s personal lived experience with cannabis used for medical and symptom management reasons, including PTSD related symptoms and long standing rheumatic pain. Subaka treats this subject carefully because it is easily misunderstood.

Subaka does not sell, supply, broker, prescribe, dose, import, export, cultivate, process, extract, store, transport, deliver or distribute cannabis, hash, THC products, CBD products, seeds, clones, plants or any controlled substance.

Subaka does not make medical claims and does not help clients bypass lawful routes. The role is limited to documentation, preparation, privacy, communication, legal boundary awareness, compliance focused research and patient route preparation.

LONG TERM REGULATED CANNABIS RESEARCH INTEREST

Subaka has a long term interest in the lawful and transparent development of regulated cannabis knowledge between the Netherlands and the United States. This includes interest in the Dutch regulated coffeeshop experiment, Dutch medicinal cannabis routes, American medical cannabis systems, product traceability, patient communication, product safety documentation and future legal frameworks for properly licensed cooperation.

This is a compliance and research interest only. It is not a cannabis trading service and it is not product movement.

Any future work involving cannabis import, export, medical supply, research supply, commercial partnership or regulated market cooperation would require proper legal advice, government permissions, licenses, regulator approval, customs compliance, tax compliance and properly authorized parties.

Until such lawful routes are confirmed, Subaka’s role remains limited to research, documentation, communication, privacy conscious patient support, route mapping, public transparency and compliance awareness.

HOW SUBAKA WORKS

Subaka starts with a private intake, then the situation, risks, people involved and desired outcome are defined. After that, it is clearly agreed what is and is not within the scope of the work.

If a matter needs a lawyer, doctor, pharmacist, licensed investigator, therapist, police, consulate, regulator, insurer, customs specialist, tax adviser or emergency service, Subaka says so clearly.

Paid work is confirmed with a clear scope, price, planning and confidentiality expectations. Then Subaka works practically on organizing, securing, documenting, preparing, cleaning up, planning, writing, technical setup or coordination according to the agreed scope.

The client receives what was agreed. This may include checklists, plans, summaries, account structures, archive systems, website text, cannabis discussion notes, symptom documentation templates, privacy advice, route maps, legal boundary summaries, audio documentation packages, field recording archive structures or communication plans.

Follow up or maintenance can be agreed separately.

WHAT SUBAKA DOES NOT DO

Subaka does not provide emergency rescue, medical treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, dosing advice, therapy, legal advice, legal representation, police work, official investigations, armed security, bodyguard services, combat support, weapons, tactical planning, military operations, hacking, spyware, unauthorized access, account takeover, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, revenge services, illegal tracking, surveillance, false documents, fake identities, fake evidence, fake stories, political manipulation or extremist support.

Subaka does not accept work that endangers victims, children, families, civilians, soldiers, volunteers or vulnerable people. Subaka does not collect donations or run charity fundraising unless this is legally registered and compliant.

Subaka does not sell, supply, broker, import, export, cultivate for clients, extract, process, store, transport, dispense or prescribe cannabis, hash, THC products, CBD products, seeds, clones, plants or controlled substances. Subaka does not provide cannabis dosing advice, medical claims, supplier introductions, buyer introductions, product sourcing, informal bridges between cannabis markets or any bypassing of medical, legal, customs, licensing, tax, import, export, public health or regulatory rules.

Subaka does not provide acoustic targeting, battlefield intelligence products, fire correction, enemy position analysis, tactical audio analysis for combat use or publication of operational metadata.

Subaka may refuse any request that is unsafe, illegal, misleading, medically inappropriate, unclear, reputationally risky or outside scope.

LEGAL AND TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Subaka operates as a commercial service provider. Subaka provides practical support, living environment technology, digital privacy help, safety planning, documentation, communication structure, patient route preparation, legal boundary awareness, compliance awareness, public communication support and crisis adjacent assistance within legal limits.

Subaka is not an NGO, not a charity, not a public authority, not law enforcement, not a hospital, not a pharmacy, not a medical clinic, not a cannabis supplier, not a licensed cannabis operator and not an emergency hotline.

Subaka works with respect for privacy, consent, confidentiality, data minimization and applicable law. Sensitive information is handled carefully.

Subaka does not publish operational details, private addresses, identifiable victim information, details of children, medical details, cannabis related personal information, brigade operational information, current tactical locations or sensitive locations without a clear legal and ethical basis.

EMERGENCY NOTICE

If someone is in immediate danger, local emergency services must be contacted first. Subaka services can help with preparation, organization, documentation, privacy, communication, legal boundary awareness, patient route preparation, compliance awareness and follow up support.

Subaka is not a replacement for emergency response, medical care, legal advice, pharmacy care, regulatory approval, customs advice or licensed professional treatment.

WHAT MAKES SUBAKA DIFFERENT

Subaka is not built around abstract consulting language. It is built from lived pressure, field experience, family responsibility, digital risk, technical systems and practical support that had to work under real stress.

Safety is not one thing. It is communication, privacy, food, documents, a working phone, a quiet room, correct light, clean air, controlled sound, backup power, a trusted contact, knowing who has authority, knowing what to do when something fails, protecting vulnerable people before chaos reaches them and preserving reality without exposing people carelessly.

That is the basic story of Subaka. A mission that began in war became a service for people who need privacy, structure, safety, technical clarity and calm in the real world.

OUR POSITION

Subaka is a commercial service provider in prelaunch. The focus is paid practical support, living environment technology, digital privacy, IT safety, documentation, secure communication habits, home technology, home safety planning, low stimulus environments, full spectrum audio, lawful field recording, patient route preparation, compliance awareness and careful handling of sensitive information.

Subaka is not a charity, nonprofit organization, medical provider, pharmacy, law firm, emergency service, public authority, licensed private investigation agency, licensed security company or licensed cannabis operator.

Subaka works legally, transparently and with clear limits.

FINAL STATEMENT

The basic story of Subaka is simple. When systems become unstable, people need more than opinions. They need structure, privacy, documentation, calm, working technology and practical support that actually arrives.

In war, at home and online, speeches do not count, excuses do not count and pretty intentions do not count.

The people who deliver count.
